PSEG Foundation’s Neighborhood Partners Program donates to Newark Day Center

The Newark Day Center would like to thank the PSEG Foundation’s Neighborhood Partners Program for your grant of $12,000.  This grant will be used to purchase classroom technology as part of our ongoing campaign, “The Third Century Fund: Equity in Education”

The fund will focus on Bridging the Digital Divide, with new technology, an array of programming upgrades and improvements to the physical plant designed to ensure that our “scholars” and their families feel their “home away from home” is impressive, sustainable, safe and inviting.  PSEG Foundation is helping us to reimagine and remodel our educational environment.  With your contribution we will provide our little learners with additional tools for their sucess.  Thank You!!!!

The Turrell Fund donates to the Newark Day Center

The Newark Day Center will like to thank The Turrell Fund’s generous grant of $25,000.  This wonderful support will help us make big strides as we pursue our “Third Century Fund: Equity in Education”.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my long career with Newark Day Center has been the opportunity to meet wonderful people along the way.  Starting with the little learners who brighten our doors each day; to young parents committed to being the best they can be; to tireless grandparents; and to our supporters who come in all shapes and sizes.

Many thanks to the Turrell Fund for helping Newark Day Center meet new pinnacles in early childhood education.
