Today, Newark Day Center officers a multitude of comprehensive services which include:

- EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION – provides early care for infants and toddlers and pre-school education for over 200 children ranging in age from 3 months to 5 years. It is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), and licensed in the State of New Jersey. It is a high quality program with certified teachers who are fully aware and trained to implement the most current educational initiatives for young children.
- TRAINING – Newark Day Center conducts training sessions for individuals seeking entry-level Child Development Associate credentials (CDA) in conjunction with the Early Childhood Institute.
- FRESH AIR FUND – Since 1954, The Fresh Air Fund has been sending children to various private camps and paying a fee for each child. The Fund also places children with special needs at camps especially designed to accommodate their needs.
- PARENT AID – Provides support services and resources to parents. Our varied services can include providing clothing, household furniture, food and other household supplies. A parent aide may also be provided to accompany our clients to important appointments, meetings, and events.
