Newark Day Center is committed to serving seniors to remain active mentally, physically and emotionally by providing information and referrals for housing, Medicare, Medicaid, and other programs available for their special needs and concerns.
We have a proven track record and vast experience in providing services to older adults. We act as a State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) site for the Jewish Family Services of MetroWest NJ.
The SHIP site is centrally located in the downtown area of Newark, near City Hall. It is easily reached by public transportation and accessible to the handicapped.
